Merchandise shipping

If the merchandise is listed as “in stock,” the seller shall ship the merchandise no later than 10 business days from receipt of payment for the merchandise. We recommend that they buyer inspects the merchandise immediately upon delivery. Documentation for the merchandise, particularly tax documentation, shall be sent by the seller to the buyer via e-mail. If the buyer requests, the seller shall confirm in writing to what extent and how long their obligations for defective fulfilment shall persist, and in which manner the buyer can exercise these rights. Shipping for international deliveries is secured by DHL. Deliveries within the Czech Republic are secured by the Czech Post. In the event that the seller does not observe the deadline for delivery or shipping and does not inform the buyer in writing about the delayed delivery, the seller shall ship the order to the buyer free of charge. This is without prejudice to other claims by the buyer. In the event that the buyer does not accept delivery of the merchandise within the agreed period (7 days), the buyer is obligated to pay all re-shipping and return shipping costs, unless agreed upon otherwise in writing.
